• All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused in their original packaging.
• Refunds are based on the value of your item at the time of purchase, and not the most recently listed price.
• We will even refund up to USD $10 of your outbound shipping costs!
• If the item has a major defect, please show us a picture and we will give you the liberty of cutting up our tie so you do not have to return it!

60 Day Hassle Free Exchange Policy

• All products must be exchanged within 60 days of purchase, unused in their original packaging.
• Returns are entitled up to USD $10 in refunds for return shipping costs. Outbound shipping costs on the exchanged product are covered by us also!

• In the event that the value of the exchanged product is less than the value of the product being returned, we will credit you for the difference.

Terms and Conditions for Cancellations: 

• The Dark Knot reserves the right to refuse cancellations if instructed after packages have been dispatched. Given that The Dark Knot will typically mail out products on either the same day or the day following the purchase, we suggest immediate notification if an order is to be cancelled.
